Basic Implant Fellowship Course & Live Surgery 

The Basic Implant Fellowship focuses on lectures and practical procedures for practitioners who want to be introduced to implant dentistry. All procedures from digital planning to live surgery will be completed in 2 months.

Implant basics and Surgical technique

Essential introduction of dental implants, implant treatment protocols, treatment planning, and sequencing.

Implement step-by-step implant surgical protocols. Indications for single and two-stage of placement gained practical surgical anatomy, a layered suturing technique for flap stability, and treatment of healing complications with practice on pig-jaws.

Reading Cone-Beam CT scans & R2 Gate Digital Surgical Guide

Guidance on the use of cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) in implant dentistry. Radiographic analysis protocol of pre and post-implant placement. Radiographic evaluation of implant complications.  Planning and sequencing implants with a digital diagnostic system R2 Gate. Demonstration of how to order and create an R2 surgical guide.

Surgical technique (Review) and Single prosthetic

Treatment missing single teeth and partially edentulous arches, with the emphasis on practical implant restorative management techniques. Model-based hands-on practice to understand drilling sequence and placing implants.

Single prosthetic and Live surgery

Case discussions and surgery for your own patient under the direction of the course instructor. The transition from theoretical to surgically placing implants in your office with predictability

Increase knowledge and skill in the areas of flap design, implant placement, bone grafting, and suturing technique
