A2Dental Laboratory Warranty

• A2 Dental guarantees 10 years warranty for final works

• The warranty does not cover any kind of damage due to accidents, negligence, and usage which is other than normal chewing action. Our warranty ceases at the replacement of the damaged work. Compensation or claims of any kind due to the breakage of the prosthesis will not be entertained.

• The claim should be accompanied by the certificate of the doctor, the original damaged prosthesis, fresh tooth models of both jaws, and the warranty certificate. However, A2 Dental has all the rights to reject any claim which is not accompanied by the necessary details.

• The warranty does not cover any damage to the supporting and surrounding structures like teeth, gingiva, bone, etc.

• The claim of warranty shall be made only through the clinic where the work was done. The patient should follow the instruction and undergo periodic check-ups once in six months or as directed by the doctor.

• The warranty does not cover the doctor’s consultation, radiographs, further treatments, modifications, model fabrications, temporization, and fixing charges. Any additions and omissions from the original work will not be permitted.

• Warranty regarding extension, retention, occlusion, contact, etc. is given only for the perfection of the work in the given model. The shape and appearance of the fresh prosthesis may not be exactly the same as the initial prosthesis.

• A cash refund is not included against the prosthesis.

• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australia.
